The project developed to make the time consuming and loss process to reduce for growth ratio of the business.

Challenges

While development of app many hurdles and concern were taken into consideration according to client’s requirement.

The client needed a system which would help them to reduce the time required to reach from one level to next level of the system. The losses bared due to this were huge and also reduced the production with proper quality.

Check over the timings and output created was a concern as it was not possible to be available at the time of defect in the workshop.

The system needed with efficient management which can help to reduce the loss.

Keep a check over all the work done by the employees.

Solution
  • We provided a solution to the concern of the client.
  • A system depicting all the flow of pipeline was built in.
  • We provided a system where the defect if any found in the inspecting department will be scanned through the barcode and the same, will be received to the user level, this reduces the time required to reach the user level and further losses occur.
  • Due to efficient system loss minimization and time management along with cost efficiency was achieved. This increased the business of the client.
  • Proper check over the management was possible as now the defect was forwarded real time to the next level and immediate action was supposed to be taken.
Result
  • An efficient system which helped to reduce cost, time and loss helped the client in the growth of the business.

About Project

A Project build to make a systematic management flow of leads generations and make business management workflow in a proper way.

An app that would help in managing of the leads properly and workout over it to achieve the desired goals.

Challenges

The challenges encountered for this project includes:-

  • The agent’s details were maintained manually and keeping a check and handling all details was main concern and time-consuming. A system to hold all the data of the agents was needed.

  • The lead management system to be developed so that proper lead number will be diversified to the individual agent according to area.

  • A track towards all the leads needed to be kept to check conversion ratio and analyse agents work.

  • Risk profile conversion system to be generated to avoid impact on the business.

Solution

Our team developed an app which solved the concerns of the client and developed an efficient app:-

  • We used a sprint CRM for development of this app.

  • Database of all agents along with bifurcation of areas was done.

  • Flow of the lead from generation to closure was now easy to check and track due to a systematic management and tracking.

  • Also to increase the business through good performing agents, the system analysed monthly review of all agents and accordingly appreciation were given to those agents.

Result

This systematic management for lead flow helped the client to align work in a proper way to achieve maximum conversion.

Reduction in trafficking and confusion in lead conversion due to systematics alignment of leads led to maximum conversion and growth in business.
